When before my wedding will I receive the telephone?
The telephone is delivered 3 days before your day, so everything feels calm and prepared.
It arrives beautifully packaged and ready to use — no setup, no stress.
Does the telephone need WiFi or electricity?
No. Voicebook records everything directly inside the telephone and works completely without internet. The telephone is battery-powered and is delivered fully charged along with a charger.
Is the telephone difficult to set up?
No. Voicebook is designed to be very easy to use. Turn it on, place it out and let your guests begin.

Can guests leave multiple messages?
Yes. Many people come back to say “one more thing” — and those are often the most heartfelt messages. There is plenty of space for laughter, speeches and spontaneous moments.
What if guests don’t know what to say?
An instruction card is included. Most guests become curious as soon as they see the telephone — and before long, a small line often forms as people want to leave their messages.

How do we receive the recordings?
After the wedding, you return the telephone. We then gather the recordings and send them to you on USB by mail.
